At Aedes, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every fragrance and beauty selection. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unopened item in its original shipping box, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
